Rapid Transfer Port

The transfer system ensures safe introduction and removal of materials or equipment within an isolator, maintaining high containment levels without intermediate bio-decontamination. Alpha and Beta units interact for secure sealing.

Split Butterfly Valve

Split butterfly valves, with active and passive halves, secure aseptic material transfer preventing contamination during powders and toxic substances handling and preserving container sterility.

Bag in-Bag out Liner system (BIBO)

The Bag In/Bag Out (BIBO) system is a contained transfer system with multiple groove canisters and docking interface hardware, ensuring safe material handling in isolators.

Push-through HEPA Filter

The versatile push-through filter housing serves as a HEPA filter for supply/exhaust. Standard design includes cylindrical filter, support grids, flange, and sealing for easy replacement and disposal.

Glove Testing System

The AGT – Automatic Glove Tester conducts an isolator chamber leak test. It utilizes a specialized glove flange cover with a built-in differential pressure transmitter and temperature sensor part of the standard configuration.

Chamunda offers a Two-piece construction Glove with a connected sleeve via a plastic cuff and “O” rings. Grades vary based on specific requirements and applications.
